Winemaking & Vineyard Management

As I often said, grape growing is the 1st step in winemaking.

Growing the cleanest grapes, in the right location, with medium to low yields, will give you the best material to produce outstanding wines.

I believe in gentle caring of the fruit, in order to avoid bruising during crushing. I also recommend minimum intervention of the wines during the aging process, and less handling to preserve fruit purity. Attention to detail is very important from pruning those vines in February or March, to protecting the grapes from diseases or pests, during the summer, to the right timing of harvest.

I am confident I can help wineries , with my knowledge and experience , from the vineyard to the bottling of the wines.
